+ "Perfect obedience" perfectly positions one to be continually "overtaken" by my divine blessings. For perfect obedience is the spontaneous fruit of an "abiding" [indwelling] faith and love - an abiding faith and love that continually accesses My Grace and "activates" the fullness [every aspect] of their precious Covenant with Me, in Christ.

"perfect obedience" - the seeking after and gaining a "revelation" of God's Will and, THEN, carrying it out to fulfillment from beginning to end [regardless of how long that may take] in the unction and power of the Holy Spirit, alone.

...."If you will listen diligently to the voice of the Lord your God, being watchful to do [obey] all His commandments which I command you this day, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. + Faith and patience have always been required for one to both enter into and fulfil their precious destiny. It has always been this way for My true servants that I have called - and to whom I have given great responsibility. You know about Abraham and Joseph - their waiting is well known, but consider Moses. He was in the wilderness for 40 years. He knew the people were going to the Promised Land [and that it was not all that far away] but he had to travel around and around and around with My people for 40 years. He held onto the vision and when the nation was disobedient and were walking out of My Will and working against that vision, Moses was there to correct and reprove and to stand in the gap for them. It was 40 years until he could stand on the top of a mountain and see the Promised Land - and know that they were about to enter it.

Be encouraged, My faithful ones! My Spirit is mightily upon you - and you were chosen because I knew you would be tenacious and would submit to My workings and My timetable. It has never been a quick fix or a quick journey for those who truly love Me. It has been a pathway of holding fast to Me and to My Word [Will] against all odds.

Moses spent 40 years in the wilderness because of the disobedience of the people he was leading. You have likewise spent many years waiting for the promise to be fulfilled - for a disobedient church has not been ready. Moses stood in the gap for the nation of Israel and you are standing in the gap for the Church. I was getting the people ready in the wilderness for what was to come - so that they could step into the "fullness" of My purposes for them with courage [without fear]. When they entered the Promised Land, they would then be a people who would fight in My strength, relying on Me to conquer their enemies - thus allowing Me to bring about My plan for the nation and the establishment of the kingdom of Israel. So too, I have been using these years to perfectly prepare My remnant Church for what is to come - to bring My Bride into a "full reliance" upon [trust in] Me with a view to establishing My Kingdom in great power on the earth while, at the same time, bringing about My purposes for the world at large [the nations and Israel]. So continue to hold fast the vision [revelation] "burning" in your heart - for the things that are now [in the natural] shall soon be no longer!

...."Therefore He said that He would destroy them, had not Moses His chosen one stood in the breach before Him, to turn away His wrath from destroying them".... Psalms 106:23 NASB

+ "Hindering spirits" always attempt to work in some way from the ground in the heart that is not truly seeking Me - but rather maintaining their "own" agenda". It will always be that way as long as there are those in one's environment who are self-seeking in ANY way. As these "spirits" rise up in their attempt to hinder the spiritual progress of the one truly seeking Me they must simply continue to acknowledge Me in ALL of their ways - KNOWING [having and maintaining a deep revelation of the spiritual reality] that I will give them the perfect discernment [Wisdom and guidance] in each individual circumstance and situation as it arises.

...."For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another".... Galatians 5:17 NASB

+ Every day is important in the unfolding of My Plan - and every day I am moving things into perfect position for all those who truly love Me. Carry on doing what you are doing - in a steadfast obedience. Being in a state of "readiness" every day is vital for all of My children but especially for My "forerunners" in this most critical hour. You cannot sit back and let even one day go by. You must be "hot" [as opposed to "lukewarm"] on My cause, focused on what I have for you to accomplish - "redeeming the time" in EVERY way. This is not always just simply a "practical" accomplishment of tasks - it can also be the accomplishing of things within your heart and your prayers. It is like a "seed" that is planted - for much happens under the soil [out of sight] before anything breaks through the surface. That is why EVERY day is so important - for there is much taking place that you cannot see with "natural" eyes.

"readiness" - the continual state of being completely prepared or in fit condition for immediate action or use; prompt or quick in perceiving, comprehending, speaking, writing, etc.;

...."See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is".... Ephesians 5:15-17 KJV

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by Marsha Burns -- 10/3/11:
The external circumstances that have taken you down will now seem insignificant compared to the strength you have gained through endurance. Your experiences have established character and a level of maturity otherwise unattainable. Rejoice in your survival!

In the coming season simplicity will lead to the profound. Refuse to allow complications to take you off course. Your task is to eliminate distractions in order to gain spiritual depth. That will mean a shift in focus from satisfying fleshly desire to developing a spiritual desire to be one with Me, says the Lord. This shift in desire will require discipline and self-control, but the outcome will be worth your effort. For, you will certainly see the manifestation of My glory as you continue to seek first the kingdom of God.

Maximize every opportunity to be in My presence and to do My work. Don't be afraid to exercise your faith. I will make a very clear distinction between presumption and a faith, which cannot be shaken or dissuaded. You will know exactly where you stand.

If you will put your trust completely in Me, says the Lord, you will experience true unity. This is a season when you will no longer stretch up as on your tiptoes to try to understand revelation or to see and discern as an external exercise. Rather, you will become one with Me as I am one with My Father, and you will know spiritual reality-not as something to be received or attained, but as a result of being joined to My heart. It will be the overflow of intimacy.

Don't waste time on any religious exercise. Take advantage of every moment available to seek My face, hear My voice, and obey My leading. Plant the seed of a spiritual desire to yield completely and instantly to the moving of My Spirit. Demonstrate the kingdom. Do your job with excellence and confidence. You will not be disappointed, says the Lord God Almighty!

I prophesy to you that the Feast of Trumpets will birth a new season that will come into full manifestation and go forth in great strength into 2012. This will be the beginning of God's government becoming very, very apparent to us. The blessings of that government will come when we are living under His rule. We are equipped by those things that He gives to us and made ready to go all the way into this new thing that God is going to do. You don't want to miss out on it.

Purpose in yourself to get in on that which God is going to do. Establish yourself in that understanding, knowing full well that the Day of the Lord comes into manifestation through His divine government. You will see it. You will know how to live in it. You will know how to operate in it. You will know exactly what that means for you individually, and then you can go from glory to glory into the purposes of God who knows all things and brings forth prophetic destiny by the power of His Spirit.

Come now, My children, into a perfect truth, a present truth of that which I am doing. For, in the days that are before you that lead from this point until the time that you call The Feasts of Tabernacles, there will be an outflow, overflow, an infusion of My Spirit in such magnitude that it will elevate you in the kingdom of the Most Holy, to a place where your feet will be like hinds feet in high places.

Your eyes will be open that you may see, observe and understand the reality of My kingdom in ways that you have not yet experienced, for these are the days of revelation. These are the days of the anointing of My Spirit that rests upon you that breaks the yoke of every bondage. The anointing will pave the way before you so that you will not stumble, and you will have no doubt. You will walk on this path, and in your excitement of it, great things will be accomplished by you, My people, says the Lord of Hosts. Enjoy the journey. Walk in faith.

Go forth with great joy, for indeed these are the days of the manifestation of My kingdom. In these days the reality of a supernatural church will begin to be understood in the land and will be according to My purposes, says the Lord. It is My will for My people to live in the glory of the supernatural realm. The supernatural events that you desire to see will become a reality, which will establish you in a greater measure of faith than ever before. So, arise and come forth into kingdom purpose, says the Lord God Almighty.

Walk in faith - kingdom purpose in this season is to bring God's people into a fullness of faith so that the Kingdom of God can be demonstrated.

It will be clearly seen in this most glorious hour that "My" Kingdom-finances are simply an "extension" of My Authority - and, thus, they will be used to establish many things in a very short time [both spiritual and material {lands, environments etc.}] pertaining to the "fullness" of the Father's Plan for a glorious Church to "burst" forth in this final hour.

"extend" [extension] - to stretch out; draw out to the full length; enlarge; widen; impart;

"burst" - to break forth with sudden violence [in this case, the various Kingdom forces {righteousness, faith, Wisdom, Love etc.}]; to issue forth suddenly and forcibly, as from confinement or through an obstacle; to give sudden expression to; explode;

+ One of the main goals of the Enemy in "reproaching" one is to get them to view themselves through the eyes of others [in this case, those who have acted or spoken unrighteously towards them] -and, if a "spirit of condemnation" is allowed to work in the heart of the one under reproach [through their believing of his lies] then it is certain that they will fall prey to the Enemy's tactic of getting them to view themselves through their "own" eyes [self-focus].

"reproach" - to charge with or blame for something; ungodly rebuke; the expression of disapproval; adverse or hostile criticism; unrighteous judgement;

For it is the continual acting upon a "revelation" of My Will NOT "resolution" that is the way of My Kingdom.

"resolute" - firmly set in purpose or opinion [in this case, in one's own strength, desire and understanding];

+ The stronger one's "inner man" [spirit] is [strengthened with power through My Word and Spirit] the weaker the impulses of the "flesh" [soul and body] are in their attempt to "dominate" the "thought-life - and, thus, one's [active] "thought-life" becomes the spontaneous by-product of the spiritual impulses [impressions] that originate in the Holy Spirit and rise up from deep within their spirit to influence their mind. If the soul and body maintain ANY form of dominance over the inner man [spirit] then the Enemy's fear-filled lies [and his attempts to counterfeit "revelation knowledge "] gain a stronger influence on one's mind from the "outside". This is why it is SO important, when one encounters times of "turbulence", to separate themselves unto Me in the "inner chamber" [secret place of My Presence] until clarity and order is restored.

"turbulence" - a state or condition of confusion or agitation; disorder;

When you came into and became a part of the Kingdom of God, you were given spiritual territory to maintain and rule over. You were given authority over the devil and the power to overcome temptation and to rule over your own flesh. You have been appointed as watchmen to stay alert and be aware of any intrusion into your environment. Now you must re-establish yourself in your authority by way of faith, and evaluate the condition of your spiritual atmosphere, and then go to work to make it a clean habitation for My presence, says the Lord.

JESUS:

+ How few realize that the "bearing of the cross", [that is, obedience unto death - the laying down of one's self-life] is the path that leads continually to a "perfect fulfilment" [satisfaction]. Many still seek "fulfilment" through the "pleasures of sin" - that is, "any" action that is the product of an exercising of faith [trust] in one's own ability instead of the exercising of faith in [and, thus, a "full dependence" upon] the Father's Word [Will] [Romans 14:23b]. It is foolishness to the "world" when they hear talk of a fulfilment that can be had apart from "self-gratification" - a gratification that is the product of one holding fast to the "lower life" [old nature]. But truly I say to you, those who lay down the self-life and forsake "all" in this hour to follow Me, shall - in their fellowship with My "sufferings" - experience the "fullness" of resurrection life and ascension life [the fullness of My authority]. And, thus, they shall experience a "perfect fulfilment" in all things, a glorious fulfilment - a fulfilment experienced only by those who truly love [obey] Me [John 14:15].

+ In these days, there are some who are on the verge of being relieved of the "mandate" that I have given them concerning the establishment of environments wherein those who are truly seeking Me might prosper [flourish] spiritually - and, thus, unless a deep repentance is forthcoming on their part the task that they were called to [both individually and corporately] will fall to others in the glorious days ahead. While My "call" is "irrevocable" [on My part] it is certain that it takes the continual exercising of faith, love and obedience for one to both "activate" [enter into] and fulfil that calling perfectly - without exception [again, both individually and corporately]. Truly I say to you, many are called but few [comparatively] answer [carry out] the call from the position of a heart "wholly given" to Me and, therefore, they fall short of the glorious Kingdom-position that is theirs, in Christ. In this hour, I am raising up a people who will not settle for less than My "best" in EVERY aspect of life and ministry, and they will surely fulfill [with a pin-point accuracy] the mandate I have given them to lead and guide My precious children into the "fullness" of their inheritance [salvation] - continually glorifying Me to the greatest degree in ALL that they do and say.

+ One who is bound to any degree by a "spirit of idolatry" cannot enter into "true" relationship with Me - or with anyone else. Because ALL true Covenant-relationship in the Kingdom is predicated upon a heart being "wholly" given to Me - and, therefore, to My highest purposes.

+ There is no such thing as the capacity for "love" in the heart that is bound by idolatry. For the very essence of idolatry always places more importance on people and/or things above Me [through fear, unbelief and mistrust in their own life] - and, therefore, is devoid of My Wisdom and Presence[Character]. Truly I say to you, many shall choose to lay down their idols in this most critical hour, and this shall result in the entrance of My Word in those areas of their heart previously inhabited by fear [unbelief]. The spontaneous fruit of these things shall be that My Love [a revelation of My true Character] will be continually shed abroad in their innermost being - leading them into the perfect liberty that was theirs all along, in Christ - and, from this place of perfect liberty, they shall enter into the "fullness" of true Kingdom-living and destiny in this final hour.

In this place, one is not only NOT ignorant of his schemes they also experience a continual flow of revelation and Wisdom to devastate both he and his forces, continually.

+ Those bound by a "spirit of self-desire" ALWAYS oppose [to some degree] those who are "abiding" in revelation. For the revelation abiding in the hearts of My godly ones will ALWAYS send forth "waves" of conviction any time one crossing their path is found "maintaining" an agenda apart from My Will - leaving that one only two choices: repent or attempt to justify their own actions as being of Me. This, oftentimes, leads the one walking "after the flesh" to cast reproach[in an effort to "invalidate" the righteous words and actions of the convicting vessel] upon those who[because of the righteous path {course} they have chosen] have become "fiery plumblines" [walking "ultimatums"] in My service. This is precisely why it is of the utmost importance for all those who are truly seeking Me to position themselves in My Presence [daily] so that My Love might be shed abroad in their heart "continually" . For in this way, they will be able to withstand [overcome] the vile attacks of the Evil One [through those who are unrighteously motivated towards them] and, in the process, help many to be set free from the bondage he and his forces had held them under.

...."If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.] Let us not become vainglorious and self-conceited, competitive and challenging and provoking and irritating to one another, envying and being jealous of one another".... For in "believing" that the things that they are saying and doing in their "lukewarm" state are satisfactory to Me [while, in reality, they are not] they have positioned themselves [through negligence] in a place wherein they are not able to hear the still, small voice of My Spirit and, because of this, they have "veered" off course concerning the "fullness" of My plan and destiny [destination] for them. The ONLY way for each and every one of My children to avoid a "plateau-mentality" [the desire to remain "stationary" - spiritually or physically - based on past or present blessing] is for them to daily spend time with Me in the "inner chamber" - the place wherein there is found a continual flow of divine light that both exposes anything that is apart from Me in one's heart and strengthens the things [revelations] that have already been established - and, therefore, remain. It is also in this holy place wherein the schemes of the Enemy are exposed well in advance and, therefore, kept at bay [at a distance].

So, because you are lukewarm and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of My mouth! For you say, I am rich; I have prospered and grown wealthy, and I am in need of nothing; and you do not realize and understand that you are wretched, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked. Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me gold refined and tested by fire, that you may be [truly] wealthy, and white clothes to clothe you and to keep the shame of your nudity from being seen, and salve to put on your eyes, that you may see. + There are those who [in their wilful disobedience] have "unknowingly" [although they should have known] stepped outside the hedge of protection that is part of their Covenant [inheritance] in Christ and, now, in this season, they shall "suddenly" begin to realize the precarious position they have put themselves in through their holding to the lower life [soul-life - and the fruit thereof]. Truly I say to you, that unless there is a deep and thorough repentance on their part in these days it will soon be too late to "recoup" the reward that they have begun to lose in their stubbornness and rebellion. It must be clearly understood by My children that this is a season of final preparation for entrance into their true "Kingdom-position" and destiny [in Christ]. Even though it has "seemed" like a long wait for many NOW the "fullness of time" has overtaken them - and it is certain that EVERY promise and vision that has been held to in faith [love and obedience] will be fulfilled in ways that "far exceed" even the most sanctified imagination and understanding . For these are the days when I shall once again be seen as ALMIGHTY God - both in the midst of My people and by a world that is being consumed with an ever increasing darkness. Prayer Storm: Praying for People of Influence

This week in Prayer Storm, we are going to Pray for People of Influence. This will take the theme of the 7 Cultural Mountains—we will intercede for leaders in each arena. For some of you, you might pray for the government in your nation; some of you will pick up the burden for the Media, Arts and Entertainment or Education.

Whom Should You Pray For?

Don't limit your thinking to only governmental leaders when you talk about praying for people who are in authority. Of course, from a United States government perspective, you should pray for the sixteen individuals who make most of the key governmental decisions in the United States: our President, the nine justices of the Supreme Court, the two senators from your state, the U.S. congressperson from your district, the governor of your state, your state senator, your state representative, and also for others who work on those levels of government. Each of us has an obligation to pray for these men and women, by name, on a regular basis.

But you can apply these same principles to your prayers for spiritual leaders on all levels—from your local pastor and church staff members to regional leaders, national leaders, and anyone who oversees an aspect of spiritual life in the Church. And you can also pray for marketplace leaders, for the "elders" who "sit at the gates" of your city, for those who drive the commerce where you live.

In ancient Middle Eastern cities, this was literally the case. A city would have more than one gate, and they were connected by broad walls (which you could compare to the "walls of salvation). At least three offices would be represented or contained at the gateways of a city: commercial, judicial, and prophetic. Actual real estate transactions were handled at the gateway; deeds were transferred, signatures were collected. Court cases and judicial hearings were held right in the gate and decisions would be announced right there. In addition, prophetic words, the word of the Lord, would be delivered to the priests in the gate (see Proverbs 1:21; Jeremiah 17:19-20; 26:10). So there at the gate, a person would find commerce moving, the justice system operating, and spiritual dynamics taking place.

Spheres and Selection

When you pray for "those in authority," you are selecting, by name if possible, people who oversee certain spheres and assignments. You have to keep in mind the fact that the spheres of authority are different from each other. If you're praying that an election will be handled with integrity, you'll be praying for the election officials as much as you will the candidates. But those prayers will have little to do with the policies in your local school system—which are decided by school officials. If you want to pray for your local schools, pray for the authorities over the school system. Stick with the right "fields" and pray with the level of faith that God has granted to you (see Romans 12:3) so that you can bring in a bigger harvest in prayer.

Another angle from which you can approach your prayers is to consider the selection process. Not all of the people in authority are selected by a vote. Many are appointed, or they grow into their role gradually. For most of them, it is a career or a job. You can pray, based on Deuteronomy 1:13–15, that the wisest and best people will be selected for each job:

"Choose wise and discerning and experienced men from your tribes, and I will appoint them as your heads." You answered me and said, "The thing which you have said to do is good." So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and experienced men, and appointed them heads over you, leaders of thousands and of hundreds, of fifties and of tens, and officers for your tribes.—Deuteronomy 1:13–15, NAS

Biblical Principles Had a Strong Influence

Very early in colonial America, in 1638, a pastor named Thomas Hooker, preached a sermon in Hartford, Connecticut based on this passage, and his sermon inspired the creation of the Fundamental Orders of Connecticut, the first written constitution in Western history, which created a government from which the government of the United States can trace its lineal descent.

In his sermon, Hooker "forcefully asserted that the choice of public magistrates belongs to the people, that the privilege of election belongs to the people, and that those who have the power to appoint officers of government have the right to limit the power they hold." [endnote: Bruce P. Stark, "Thomas Hooker," on the Web site Connecticut's Heritage Gateway. Quoted in Shaping History Through Prayer and Fasting, by Derek Prince.] Thomas Hooker's sermon concluded with the words, "As God hath spared our lives, and given us them in liberty, so to seek the guidance of God, and to choose in God and for God." [endnote: Alden T. Vaughan, The Puritan Tradition in America, 1620–1730 (Lebanon, N.H.:University Press of New England, 1997), 84. Quoted in Prince.]

In general Biblical principles had a strong influence on those who established the United States of America. Later, Daniel Webster (1782–1852) wrote: "If we abide by the principles taught in the Bible, our country will go on prospering... but if we neglect its instructions and authority, no man can tell how sudden a catastrophe may overwhelm us and bury all of our glory in profound obscurity." [endnote: Quoted in Prince and many other sources.]

In other words, when you pray for people in authority who are selected by others, you may decide to pray first for those who are doing the voting or selecting. Pray that they—including yourself—will abide by Biblical principles, will have discernment and wisdom and integrity, and will be blessed by God in the execution of the tasks that lead up to the selection of new leaders. Pray using Biblical terms and principles, combining the always-renewing power of the Word with the fact that much of our governmental system was established by godly people according to Biblical principles.

Also, our participation in the voting process is an adjunct to our prayers in a very real way. Voting can be our "works" that are supposed to match our faith. The Book of James tells us that faith without works is dead: "Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead," James 2:17, NKJV. Praying is vital, but it can't stand alone.

What Should You Pray For?

We learn from many Scriptures that God exalts rulers and people in authority if they exercise their authority with righteousness. Proverbs expresses it best: "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people" (Proverbs 14:34, NAS), and "If a king judges the poor with truth, his throne will be established forever" (Proverbs 29:14, NAS).

So one of the first things we should pray for is that the authority figure we are praying for will become righteous and will express righteousness, wisdom, and justice in all that he or she does. I pray for those in authority (by name) that they will have God's heart. Often, I use Scripture passages as the basis for my prayers, something like this:

"Lord, make the President's heart like a channel of water in your hand. Turn it where you wish" (based on Proverbs 21:1). "Lord, help judge the poor with truth and integrity and compassion" (based on Proverbs 29:14, Psalm 25:21, and 2 Corinthians 1:3–4). "Father, make it possible for to humble himself and turn to You and become righteous, for the sake of [the area of the leader's oversight]" (based on 2 Chronicles 7:14).

Dr. Charles Stanley, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia, along with several other leaders, has suggested ten ways to pray for the men and women who occupy the highest offices in the United States:

Pray that they would realize their personal sinfulness and their daily need for cleansing of their sin by Jesus Christ.

Pray that they would recognize their personal inadequacy to fulfill their tasks and they would depend upon God for knowledge, wisdom, and the courage to do what is right.

Pray that they would reject all counsel that violates spiritual principles, trusting God to prove them right.

Pray that they would resist those who would pressure them to violate their conscience.

Pray that they would reverse the trends of socialism and humanism in this nation, both of which deify man rather than God.

Pray that they would be ready to sacrifice their personal ambitions and political careers for the sake of this nation, if yielding them would be in the best interest of their country.

Pray that they would rely upon prayer and the Word of God as the source of their daily strength, wisdom, and courage.

Pray that they would restore dignity, honor, trustworthiness and righteousness to the office they hold.

Pray that they would remember to be good examples in their conduct to the fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters of this nation.

Pray that they would be reminded daily that they are accountable to Almighty God for the decisions they make.

How else can we pray? Dick Eastman, the president of Every Home for Christ, suggests using three key Scriptures:

Proverbs 28:2, NIV: "When a country is rebellious, it has many rulers, but a man of understanding and knowledge maintains order" (see also Isaiah 11:1–3). Pray for leaders to have knowledge and understanding, which is more than mere information; it includes a grasp of history and roles and cultures and God's will.

2 Kings 19:28, NAS: "...Because of your raging against Me, and because your arrogance has come up to My ears, therefore I will put My hook in your nose, and My bridle in your lips, and I will turn you back by the way which you came." Pray that God will deal with tyrants, for the sake of His people. Pray that He will hedge in such leaders with limits and boundaries.

Micah 6:8, NKJV: "He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" Pray that leaders will govern honestly, humbly, and with mercy.

Wow! That was a lot! Actually, that was an excerpt from my book Prayer Storm on the chapter Praying For Those in Authority.

So let's pray for "People of Influence" this week across the globe. Let's infiltrate the Kingdom of God into every sphere of society! Let's take these points and turn them into prayer targets!

I was preparing to release a word in Michigan when the Lord suddenly visited me with an announcement! Then on Sunday, July 11, He came again as I was about to deliver a message:

"Angels on a mission,
Angels on assignments,
Angels sent to help!
I am sending fresh help!"

Hebrews 1:14 (NIV) Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? (Help for these end times.)

Matthew 13:39b (KJV) ...the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. (Help to get it done. Yeah!)

Then He spoke again: "It is what I do best...Love you to life! I am your Present Help in all things. (See Psalm 46:1.)

"I love to help you!" says the Lord. "I love to help you in ways that may seem foreign to you. Why? So I may expand your thought patterns inside the pages of My written Word, outside your comfort zone. I desire to give you blessings of hope! Yes, blessings of hope!

"There will be a changing of the Angelic Guard! Once again, I am doing this," says the Lord. "I have sent 'Kingdom Come,' the Angel of Great Harvest, in the midst of many, many camps. And there My Kingdom is preached."

"Yes, Kingdom Come is an angel of immense ability; he moves with ease. He is a driving force to you in the below. He is able to touch principalities that have caused men to be discouraged. Take a hold of your heart, dear ones. Let Me wipe away your fears. Gird up the loins of your mind!"

Two Types of Angels Sent to Help Bring in the Harvest: Focus and Impact

"I am sending two names of righteous angels to the earth: they are being dispatched to help bring in the harvest. They are many in number, these who bear the two names. They will work fast and furious to help you in the times ahead, privately, corporately and then nationally.

"I have not delayed. I assure you, I have not delayed. The first name that you will hear a lot about is Focus. Focus will be a 'buzz word.' That's okay, for it will be a sign to you that Focus is among you. Focus is doing just that! The assignment of Focus is to help you focus on two things: 1) Me and 2) What I am doing. Both for you and through you.

"Focus on My Word. Focus with My Spirit. Focus for My Kingdom, with My Power. Focus on answers to prayer. It is the glory! Focus to act! Focus to be! Focus to LOVE!"

"Yes, you can do it," says the Lord Almighty. "Stay focused. For the earth is longing to see My glory stay focused, and it will be seen," says the Lord of the Host.

"The second angel's name is IMPACT. Impact is sent to help you make impact upon all you do: Preaching, living, witnessing, reading, working... yes, ALL YOU DO! The impact you will have will be powerful and dramatic.

"Impact will cause the backslidden to come back. Yes, they are coming back. I have heard the cries of mothers across the earth for their young. I am sending Impact to the lost and wounded, for I heard a mother's cry. I must encourage you," says the Lord, "I must.

"I shall impact the earth with great signs and wonders! Impact the earth," says the Lord.

"The first great assignment of Impact is to dramatically influence the Arts. I will impact the world with new excitement in the Entertainment Industry. I will change sound to co-labor with Celestial sounds, and it will impact the music world. Both saved and unsaved musicians and writers will emerge with this sound—NO competition," says the Lord, "I will the world to hear...

"I will create new color and the art world will be changed. A new type of 'eco friendly' plastic will be created (a formula is being developed now. I have given it to one of My own), and the one who creates this will give all glory to Me," says the Lord, "For I love the world.

"I am releasing Impact to the Church to create movies, write books and sing songs... create new pottery. The potter's wheel will come forth, and it too will be a great sign! As Jacob used a rock to build Me an altar, I will see pottery come forth from the sand of the earth, and beauty will emerge.

"I will change the hearts of stone and make hearts of flesh. I will not delay. I ask you to receive them. I have dispatched help and will not delay."

"Yes, My Kingdom is at hand, for I have sent Impact to strengthen you to 1) See what I am doing and 2) To be a part of what I am doing, both for you and through you.

Matthew 24:48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming... "I tell you, I will not delay, for I have sent you help to usher in My coming," says the Lord. "For My Spirit is roaming to and fro, looking and My Spirit is revealing MUCH."

Our Father (Jesus' and mine) Who is in Heaven, let Your Kingdom come. Let Your will be done, right here, right now, as it is in Heaven! By Your Spirit let our eyes see, our ears hear, and our hands be swift to obey all You ask of us. We need to focus and we need to impact You. Thank You for sending help!

Tell My people that I am about to turn the volume up on My voice. There is much noise in the world; there is clamoring; crusading; all manor of evil, and they all have a voice. Those whose ears have been defiled by those things that have taken place in the world will now come into an opportunity to hear My voice if they have never heard it before. For, it is necessary that you begin to desire to hear Me above and beyond everything else that takes up your time; everything that speaks into your life and is a distraction to you in this world. Whether it be the radio, the TV, or the voice of people, those things can all become a distraction to you and prohibit you from hearing My voice, says the Lord.

It is necessary that I watch over you, and lead you into the fullness of the kingdom that I have prepared for you. And, for those things which are written to take place you must now hear My voice. I will speak in ways that you are not used to. I will speak to you, and you will hear in a manner that you are not accustomed to. I will pour out of My Spirit upon you and I will show you signs in the earth and heavens above. I will lead you by the still waters so that you can still your soul and quiet those things which hinder you so that you can indeed hear Me, says the Most High.

+ If one in delegated authority [a position in ministry - leadership] allows themselves to be used as a vessel of reproach by the Evil One and his forces against one of their brothers or sisters then it is certain that they had long since departed from fellowship with Me in the secret place of My Presence ["inner chamber"] and, thus, they are simply existing [spiritually-speaking] on a "powerless" mental ascension [in a spirit of self-righteousness] to the "revelation" that once burned actively in their heart. Few [comparatively] are those who have been faithful to "hold fast the vision" but, truly I say to you, great is their reward in these days and they shall both prepare and lead a holy people into the fullness of their precious destiny, in Christ.

You have gone through an upheaval so that what you thought you could count on for stability was no longer stable. The challenges you have faced were for the purpose of bringing you to the place of finding your strength and endurance in Me, says the Lord.

I am opening your eyes to see more clearly the spiritual reality that exists in and around you. If you will yield to this work of My Spirit, there will be a decided shift in awareness so that your first level of consciousness will no longer be body and soul, but will be spiritual reality.

Be aware of opportunities to make changes in your environment that will make it more conducive to spiritual sensitivity. Your need to come away with Me, away from the distractions of practical and mundane existence, will become more pronounced and even become a priority in the days ahead.

Matthew 6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Matthew 14:23 And when He (Jesus) had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there.

Even though many aspects of your life are transitory, there is an eternal thread that runs through your entire life. You can trust Me to station you where you can be the most effective in eternal purpose. I have opened doors that no man can shut and have shut doors that no man can open. Trust Me in this, and do not be afraid. I know the end from the beginning, and these things will work together for your ultimate good.

The enemy is doing his best to make you feel isolated, alone, and like the scum of the earth. But, he is a liar and the father of lies. Refuse to allow this condemnation to have any place in you. Know that you are precious in My sight and that I am for you. You are part of a company of people who live and walk in the Kingdom of God, who find their purpose and unity in the Spirit.

1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.

You have been thoroughly lashed by circumstances- darkness and trouble on every side, but you have survived some of the most difficult challenges of your life. Look! The things you have endured, though they seemed to weaken you at the time, have only made you stronger and more resolute. Rejoice in My grace, says the Lord.

You are being threshed to separate the wheat from the chaff, to make a distinction between soul and spirit; religious exercise and spiritual reality. That which survives the threshing will be pure, holy, and untouchable by the world, the flesh, or the devil. Pride will give way to unconscious humility as you yield to this process.

Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

A time of restoration will follow a season of testing. The testing will prove your love and obedience. Then, I will watch over you to rebuild.

Jeremiah 31:2-4 Thus says the Lord: "The people who survived the sword found grace in the wilderness- Israel, when I went to give him rest." The Lord has appeared of old to me saying: "Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you. Again I will build you, and you shall be rebuilt, O virgin of Israel! You shall again be adorned with your tambourines, and shall go forth in the dances of those who rejoice."

+ The more that one "procrastinates" in the carrying out of the instructions I have given them concerning their life and ministry the more "inertia" [inaction, passivity] sets in. This opens the door to all manner of "hindering spirits" and, ultimately, leads that one into much confusion [through a cluttered mind] and darkness. Now is the hour for all those who truly love Me to forsake ALL procrastination through a "methodical" [one step at a time] obedience to the still, small voice of My Spirit - as He brings to their remembrance all that has been left undone. For this will SURELY empower one to immediately "rise higher" [Ephesians 2:6] - opening the door to great "clarity" [revelation], and the true Kingdom-service that is its spontaneous fruit.

+ One of the chief characteristics of the spirit of stubbornness is procrastination.

+ All procrastination has its root [motivation] in fear while all obedience has its root [motivation] in faith and love.

"procrastinate" - to defer action; delay; to put off till another day or time; prolong; postpone;

"inertia" - inaction, especially with regard to effort and motion; inactivity; sluggishness; laziness;

+ These are the days wherein I am calling each and every one of My children to "accountability" concerning their "faith" - and, truly I say to you, it [My divine blessing and reward] will be measured to each in the same measure as they have believed and trusted in Me [Matthew 8:5-13]. Many have been practicing a "pseudo-faith" - a natural faith and hope that has its foundation in the physical circumstances [good or bad] rather than a "revelation" of My Word [Will]. Let it be clearly understood by each and every one of My precious children that it is ONLY the "God-kind" of [divine] faith that will empower them to overcome in this most dangerous hour - without exception. For the exercising of natural faith [the origin of which is found in the soul - mind, will, and emotions] "fuels" self-effort, and only serves to lead one further and further into the deep spiritual darkness [Isaiah 60:2] that is, even now, encompassing the "world" to a continually greater degree with each passing day. Whereas, the continual exercising of divine faith [which is "activated" by My love] lifts one "ever" higher into their true Kingdom-position and destiny [Colossians 1:13] - while, at the same time, empowering them to abide in the "fullness" of the authority that is theirs, in Christ [Luke 10:19; Matthew 28:18].

Supernatural vs. Natural Hope

March 23rd 2010

+ In the same way that there is a distinct difference between a supernatural hope and a natural hope [supernatural hope being based on a "revelation" of My Word {Will} - the origin of which is in Heaven, and natural hope based on what can be discerned through the five physical senses in the natural {physical} realm] there is also a distinct difference between the exercising of a supernatural patience and the exercising of a natural patience. Supernatural patience [like supernatural hope] has its foundation in a revelation of My Word [Will], and is exercised through a steadfast faith [which is continually "activated" by love] and obedience - a faith and obedience that CANNOT fail to inherit the fullness of the promise and divine blessing. As the "force of patience" is continually released into [and over] any given situation it also opens the door for the release of whatever other Kingdom "forces" [righteousness, wisdom, faith, love] are necessary - and, thus, it allows Me to carry out My highest purpose and, in My divine ordering, unfold all things perfectly [on ALL fronts]. It is through the exercising of this supernatural patience by those who have been faithful to "hold fast the vision" that I will now move powerfully to cause ALL things [concerning My Church and My Kingdom] to come into their "fullness" in ways that are exceeding abundantly beyond all that one could have ever imagined.

The exercising of a natural "patience" still maintains an element of self-desire [in most cases the desire to see something come to pass for their own sake and benefit], and serves only to activate "soulish forces" [fear, impatience, self-righteousness, double-mindedness etc]. This profits NOTHING where My Church and My Kingdom are concerned - the "exercising" of it being totally dependent upon the degree that the one exercising the natural patience can carry on in their own strength and understanding or see "results" that are satisfactory to their "flesh" [agenda]. Ultimately, the one found exercising a natural patience will give up - being fully persuaded in their "own" thinking [by a "spirit of disheartenment"] that what they were "standing for" [in their unbelief] was a hopeless cause [or not My Will] all along. This is precisely why one must ALWAYS be found seeking a "burning" [active] revelation of My Will in all things for it is ONLY from this place of "abiding" in revelation knowledge that they will be able to enter into My divine order [Will] for their life and ministry - a divine order that is a sure sign that one has "both" feet planted firmly in My Kingdom.

...."the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control".... Galatians 5:22-23 NASB

...."walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love".... Ephesians 4:1-2 NASB

...."we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously".... Natural hope is the product of self-desire [self-will] and is always affected by the natural circumstances - through the five physical senses [soul].

...."[For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. [Gen. 15:5.] He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah's [deadened] womb. [Gen. 17:17; 18:11.] No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God, Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised".... + It is very important for all those who are diligently pursuing the "fullness" of the true Kingdom-position and service they are called to in this final hour to "humble" their soul [mind, will, emotions] and body with "obedience" [the denial of the self-life to obey My Spirit and do My Will] in this hour. This will SURELY lead them into the place of abiding in a "fasted" [obedient] lifestyle - a "lifestyle" that will cause ALL that I have already prepared for them to continually overtake them according to My highest purpose in any given moment [Ephesians 2:10].

[Reflections Of The Father's Heart]

+ Everything concerning the Glorious Church and the Kingdom in this final hour will be established by "revelation" in the midst of My people - and revelation, alone. For truly I say to you, I have ALREADY prepared My "best" in EVERY facet of life and ministry for each one of My beloved children from BEFORE the foundations of the earth, and it is through their "obedience" [a revelation of My Will carried through to its fulfillment in and by the power of My Spirit, alone] that they will just simply walk right into the "fullness" of all that I have planned for them [ministry, divine connections/relationships, finances, etc.] [2 Peter 1:2-4]. Their "path" has ALREADY been both laid out and prepared - and, thus, as one continually seeks My face [heart] for a revelation of My Will, and they take the simple steps of obedience [faith], day in and day out in the power of My Spirit, they shall SURELY "inherit" the "fullness" of the blessing. For, truly I say to you, ALL that I have prepared for them will continually overtake them and unfold before them, and whatever they ask [desire] from this position of abiding in My Presence will come to pass, sometimes immediately, sometimes not BUT ALWAYS in My perfect timing with a view to the accomplishing of My perfect purpose - not only in their lives but also in the lives of all those I have placed in their sphere of existence. Many of My children are attempting to try and get Me to "do something" on their behalf when, in reality, it is ALREADY done. I am a loving Father, and I withhold NO "good thing" [that which I have specially prepared for them] from those of My children who walk "uprightly" before Me. What does it truly mean to walk uprightly before Me: it means for one to abide in My Presence [John 14:21,23] and, from that "place of abiding", go forth in faith, love and obedience to do great exploits for the Kingdom.

Indeed, as one enters into this place of abiding they will soon come to realize [gain a revelation of the spiritual reality] that their healing [and divine health], divine prosperity, the "ability" [Grace] to walk in love in EVERY relationship [and in obedience with a pin-point accuracy] was accomplished at the Cross, and that they need only access it continually through an absolute faith and trust in Me - in order to walk perfectly before Me [Matthew 5:48]. How I long to see My children walk with BOTH feet firmly planted in the Kingdom - for this is the place wherein true [divine] faith is continually exercised, and it is the place in which My Beloved Son walked at ALL times in His earthly ministry - as will My Glorious Church. Those that will hearken to these words in this hour will immediately be "catapulted" to a place [spiritually speaking] that they never even thought possible this side of Heaven, itself - for truly I say to you, ALL things are possible [available] to the one who will simply believe and trust in Me. Nothing for the Kingdom and the Church can be established or accomplished apart from My Grace. There is no aspect of "salvation" [from the New Birth to the fullness of every Covenant blessing] to be "earned". Healing [or the supernatural ability to live in divine health] cannot be "earned". Financial prosperity cannot be "earned" [although many in the midst of My people are still attempting to do so through a "mental ascension" to the Kingdom principles found in My Word]. For the finances I have for My children have ALREADY been set aside for them IN CHRISTand, so, as they go forth in obedience [I did not say "good intentioned" works - which are rooted in self-will and self-desire] they, THEN, access My Grace [on a continual basis] thus, allowing the necessary Kingdom-finances to "overtake" them - as they continue to focus on their obedience and NOT the flow of blessing [in whatever form], itself [Psalm 62:10b].

Let it be CLEARLY understood by each and every one of My precious children that "true" obedience [again, a revelation of My Will carried through to its fulfillment in and by the power of My Spirit, alone] on their part is THE "perfect" expression of their love [thanksgiving] towards Me [John 14:15]. It [obedience] has absolutely nothing to do with "performance" [which is rooted and grounded in fear - and the perception that I am a stern "taskmaster" who will only love or reward based on one's efforts] it has to do with a heart that is "wholly" given to Me - a heart that desires to glorify Me to the greatest degree in ALL that they say and do. In these days, let each and every one of My precious children be found entering into an absolute faith and trust in Me - in the secret place of My Presence! For, truly I say to you, it is time to do great things [John 14:12] - and blessed [empowered] in EVERY way is the one who will be found trusting in Me in this final hour with an absolute faith and trust!

I always understood that in the Lord we were destined for increase, but it never dawned on me until recent years that we were destined for multiplication—not just addition. The Lord challenged me in prayer one day to expect multiplication in fruitfulness. The lowest level of multiplication is double. Image yourself doubled in fruitfulness right now. What does that look like to you?

In Genesis 1:28, the Lord blessed humankind and made the following command: "Be fruitful and multiply." You have the Word of the Lord over your life to be fruitful and to multiply in that fruitfulness. When you agree to come into this blessing, you are actually obeying God's commanded purpose for your life.

In Deuteronomy 1:11, Moses prayed for the people of Israel to increase a thousand times more than they were. I think "a thousand times" increase of God's goodness in life is a wonderful thought to ponder and embrace.

The Lord showed me some "keys to fruitfulness" which I share below: Abiding, Pruning, and Sowing and Reaping.

Abiding

Jesus taught us the keys for living in this level of blessing and multiplication—abiding, pruning, and sowing and reaping. Our fruitfulness comes through abiding in Him (see John 15:1-8). When we are born again, Christ's Spirit comes inside us and makes us a brand new creation. We also come inside of Him. We are "in Christ" when we are born again. He abides in us and we abide in Him.

You can experience and activate the abiding presence of Jesus by intentionally acknowledging Him in your devotion times. You empower what you focus on. If you focus on Christ's presence within, then you will empower His life in you. You cannot bear fruit on your own. Your fruitfulness as a branch comes from abiding in the vine. Jesus is the vine. His life flows into you like sap does in a tree or like blood does in the circulation system of the body. He is your life!

I like to take time in my devotions to acknowledge Jesus. I simply close my eyes and thank Him for all He is to me. I make decrees of truth like, "Jesus, I am in You. You are my life. You are my strength. You are my health and my vitality. You are my wisdom and my sanctification. You are my righteousness and my provision, etc."

After meditating on Christ's life within me for five minutes or so, I begin to feel the empowerment of His presence. I then enter into deeper fellowship with Him. I share my heart and my needs. I wait on Him and listen for Him to speak. I listen for Him to share His heart and desires. I make inquiry of Him and journal what I believe He is speaking to my heart.

Jesus promised in John 15:7 that if I abide in Him and His words (the words I receive in His presence) abide in me, then I can ask what I wish (according to what He has spoken) and it shall be done for me. This is how fruit is created. Fruitfulness and increase are birthed out of abiding in Christ.

Pruning

Increase also comes through pruning seasons in our life. Jesus said that every branch in Him that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit (see John 15:2). It is good to invite the Lord to prune us when needed in order to bear more fruit. Pruning often deals with alignments to His purposes for a particular season. He calls for fresh consecration, and sometimes downsizing and streamlining. We downsize and streamline not out of fear but in faith and obedience, knowing that the pruning does not decrease us in fruitfulness, but ultimately brings great increase and oftentimes invites us to engage in new assignments.

We had a tree in front of our ministry center that my husband, Ron, would prune once every year. I drove up to the center one day shocked to find that the tree had been pruned down to a mere stump with a few fully pruned branches sticking out of it. I was horrified and absolutely convinced that he had killed the tree. The tree was pathetic looking. It was over-pruned…or so I thought. Ron tried to convince me that it would be fine, but I struggled to believe his confident report. How could it possibly grow back when it had been pruned to a mere stump? Sure enough though, in a few months, the tree grew back in fullness. The foliage was rich and luscious—absolutely stunning—and many remarked on its beauty.

Sowing and Reaping

Another key to fruitfulness is found in the sowing and reaping law of the Kingdom. In Genesis 8:22, God makes a perpetual promise to humankind. He said, "While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest…shall not cease." Well, the earth still remains. That means that there is a time to sow seed and a time to reap a corresponding harvest.

Jesus taught about sowing and reaping in Mark 4, and emphasized the type of soil you sow into. If you sow a seed into good and worthy ground, it will grow and multiply. The fruit is always more than the seed, and within the fruit are many more seeds. If you plant one bean seed, you will reap a bean plant that has many beans on it. You always reap more than you sow. If you then took one of the beans on that plant and sowed the seeds that were in it, you would reap many more bean plants the next season.

When you sow sparingly, you will reap sparingly and when you sow bountifully, you reap bountifully (see 2 Corinthians 9:6). If you desire fruitfulness and multiplication to be activated in your life, you need to give the Lord something to work with. You need to sow seed according to what you desire to harvest. If you desire an increase of friends, then sow friendship. If you desire to increase in healing anointing, then go sow healing prayer and ministry into the sick. If you desire to reap a bountiful harvest of finances, then sow financial seed into good Kingdom soil.

Isaac sowed in a time of famine, and he reaped a hundredfold in that very year (see Genesis 26:12). No matter what is happening in the world around us, we can sow into the good ground of His faithful promises and reap abundantly. We do not live by the world's systems or ways. We live in the Kingdom.

The Multiplication Factor

If the Word says we are to multiply, then we will. We can appropriate every promise of the Lord by faith. If you want to multiply, then receive multiplication by faith. Expect multiplication. Your seed and your fruit will multiply.

Are your seed and fruit bad, good, or mixed? It is important to purge your life from anything that is not in line with God's Kingdom values. For example, if you were given over to the sin of gossip, you would want to pray for a crop failure and not multiplication. It is vital in these days to live with clean hands and a pure heart. Repent from all sin. Allow the conviction of the Spirit to minister deeply into your heart. Sow good, holy seeds and produce good, holy fruit.

You are called to be fruitful and multiply. This is the truth! You will not decrease in this hour. You will increase in every good thing if you sow holy seed and remain in faith. Stay focused!

A Word From the Heart of Jesus For You—
Be Fruitful and Multiply!

"This is both a sowing season and a reaping season for you. You will reap what you sowed in days gone by, and you will sow into the days to come. My promises are true and if you believe My word with unhindered faith and allow My word to be seeded in your heart, you will surely be fruitful and multiply. You will see the manifestation of My goodness and it will be much greater than anything you can imagine.

"Fill your heart and mind with My promises. Meditate on My promises day and night. Sow the Word of My promises through decrees made in faith. You will reap abundantly what you sow.

"You are called to fruitfulness in all things. When you abide in Me, you will experience fruitful life. You will not encounter dry seasons, for your roots are planted by rivers of living water. There is no such thing as a dry season in Heaven. There is no such thing as an unfruitful season in Heaven. Every month the trees bear their fruit in My glory realm. Even so, you will bear fruit continually as you abide in Me.

"Even as I prune your life, you will still bear fruit. I take My pruning shears to your branches and remove anything that would hinder continued growth. You will then experience accelerated fruitfulness in My goodness.

"Trust Me in all things right now. In the world there is tribulation, but be of good cheer for I have overcome the world. Many will suffer the loss of all things. But for you who trust Me with all your heart, even what might look like a loss will turn into unexpected blessing and increase.

True Submission

Enjoying the Peaceable Fruit of Righteousness

Isaiah 32:17 The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever.

As Believers in Jesus Christ we have been graced with His righteousness. Apart from Him we have no righteousness at all. He is the Gate to Heaven's courts. It is through Him that we are able to approach the Throne of God. The Blood of Christ is sufficient to bring us into His courts again and again. Our righteousness is as filthy rags and will not even begin to bring us even close to the entryway of the courts of God.

Romans 4:5-6 But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works.

Although Christ has made the way for us there does remain an effect of righteous living that we can only experience to the degree that we align ourselves with His thoughts. His righteousness must have its work in sanctification for us to experience the peaceable fruit that is promised to us in Scripture. To the degree that we yield to His ways as revealed in His holiness, to the same degree we will live as a habitation of God, experiencing a greater fullness of His life in this earthly life.

Aligning Our Hearts with Righteousness

1 John 3:10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.

The spirit of the world is everywhere and accessible to the eyes and ears of us all. Idolatry runs rampant in our society and is disguised, many times innocently, to dull the senses, causing Believers to lose their spiritual sharpness. Discernment is needed in these days as compromise has been redefined in many circles. What was compromise 50 years ago now is acceptable to many. The standards have been dumbed down in the minds of many. God's standard is always here and is available to us as a guard for our hearts. His word is grace, protection and wisdom for our times as illuminated by His Spirit.

It is necessary for us to break ties with the idolatrous patterns of our society that we may see more clearly, hear more clearly and walk in the peace of Christ, making a difference. Jesus told us that His peace was different than the peace the world gives. That means that His peace is superior, not temporal but eternal, and effective in our hearts making us pliable for God's use. The work of righteousness is peace and quietness. When our hearts come into alignment with the righteousness of God we reap the fruit of rest, peace and a quiet experience in the inner sanctum of our hearts.

Voices come from many directions to steal away "righteousness" manifested by the Spirit of God. Counterfeit peace is substituted in place of the true peace that only God can give, a peace that is never ending. The idols of this age are aiming to lure the people of God away from the inheritance that is obtained through simplicity of devotion to Christ. If we have trouble seeing what the idols of this age are, then most likely we have been seduced in measure to some of these things. In return, our spiritual power is diminished, leaving us wondering where the peace of God has gone from our lives.

The Substance of His Peace

The peace of God is substance and notable. The Lord has blessed us with the tangible realities of His Kingdom; they are part of our inheritance that we can experience at all times. No matter what is going on around, His manifested presence is always there for us. The best the enemy can do is distract us off the path, causing us to lose sight of what was once so clear. The beauty is the simple cure. We are able to simply repent of coming into alignment with lies, agreements that are unrighteous—thoughts that do not reflect the heart of God. It is here that we are able to receive cleansing from all "unrighteousness" and experience the peaceful fruit that comes with the territory of the Kingdom of God. The Kingdom of God is first of all "righteousness," then peace and joy follows.

Psalm 23:2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters.

Our addiction to noise must be broken. There must be a revival of loving the quiet place with God. We should be addicted to "quiet." God promises us quiet resting places. Deep within us is where the Lord longs to take residence. With so much noise coming from every direction in our society, we need to be the people who know God in the place of "stillness." It is in this place that He establishes His glory within us and finds the place of release through us.

We have been made the righteousness of God in Christ. As we agree with His righteousness in our lives it becomes a river of life that flows through us. His righteousness makes us right in God's eyes. His righteousness flowing through us brings us into His realm of His peace, joy and liberty in this life.

Three Yet One—"The Perfection of Unity"

Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one!

Some years ago, I was pondering the Lord being "One" and yet at the same time the Triune Godhead. I don't mind telling you that it seemed beyond my comprehension as I struggled with how it is possible for the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to be three and yet "One." Therefore I asked Him. His answer to me was quite simple, and yet filled with a wealth of revelation. He said, "The perfection of unity."

Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."

In this particular verse, the word "man" (Hebrew - adam) is not in reference to male or female, rather to mankind in general. So we could translate it as, "It is not good for a person to be alone." You see, from the beginning, God's plan has been for each one of us to have others walking alongside of us. Therefore, the Body of Christ is to be joined together as one body.

Our natural, physical body, as we are well aware of, has many members within its composition, and yet is still one body in itself. It would be an understatement to say that there's solid purpose within each member being joined in unity with the rest of the body. That holds true not only with our natural body but also with the Body of Christ. Especially now, in this time we are in, it's crucial that we join together in unity of the Body.

In 1 Corinthians 12, we read that there are diversities of gifts and functions that have been distributed among the members of the Body, for the profit of all. Much like our own natural bodies, what would the hand be without the arm, and what would the arm be without the elbow? And what would the upper body be without the feet to take it places? So many differences, and yet coming all together to form one complete body, for the profit of all its members. The early Church came together in such a way that the Word states they were of "one heart and one soul" (Acts 4:31-
35). They dwelled together in such unity, even being unified in their possessions, that there was no lack among them. That's an amazing display of unity!

Psalm 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

The Power of Functioning Together, Though Different

Unity means as one—joined. Our physical bodies, although all completely joined together, have many different characteristics of each part, with many different functions all combined into one body. There are even parts of our physical body that are more sensitive than other parts, and that's exactly how it was created to be. So, if we take that and apply it to being the Body of Christ, being in unity doesn't mean that we are all going to have the exact same opinions, or functions, or feelings, etc. What it does mean is, we can all function together in our differences and uniqueness, and still be in unity with one another, knowing well that we have all been transformed into one Body, by the redeeming Blood of Jesus Christ and the indwelling Spirit of God.

It seems that in this time, we are continuously hearing it said that God is establishing His army. Yes, indeed He is. He is teaching us and training us in many different areas that we may be a mighty, undefeatable army. The one main component that all armies MUST have to be "mighty" is—unity. There must be a moving together "as one" toward the same common goal for there to be victory in the battle.

Jesus said, "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand" (Matthew 12:25).

We see this very well displayed in the process of organ transplants in the natural body. One of the most determining factors of success or failure with an organ transplant is in whether the body will accept or reject it. If it accepts it as one of its own, then the body will receive it, and function along with it, growing in strength, thereby resulting in edification of itself (see Ephesians 4:16). If it is rejected, the body then begins to fight against itself, tearing itself down, sometimes to the point of being the cause of its own death.

"Two are Better Than One"

Sometimes we hear people saying—or we may even say it ourselves—"I have God, I don't need anyone else." That's a common deception that the enemy loves for us to fall prey to. It's much easier to take out someone who walks alone than it is those who walk in numbers. As much as I love to spend quite a bit of alone time with the Lord, I still need people in my life to come alongside of me. God has placed some awesome people in my life over the years. He's brought people that have helped me through tough times and victorious times. They weren't in my life by accident, they were purposely placed there, as God's provision to me.

When my ministry partner and I were first being established to walk alongside one another, while separately, each being in our own homes, the Lord gave us both visions. Excited to tell one another about our vision from the Lord, talking almost simultaneously, we discovered He had given us the very same vision!

In the vision, we were both climbing up a mountain together, side by side. At times one of the two would become wearied and not able to keep climbing without the other one's help. Whoever had the most strength at the time, would reach down and take the other one by the hand and help to lift her up. We took turns helping one another climb up the mountain.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone?

Over the years, we've watched that vision play out in our lives. The Lord taught us how to lift one another up that mountain by always pointing one another back to His Word. Truth is always found in God's Word. His truth lifts us over and above the circumstances and gives us the strength and hope to continue our ascension up the mountain.

There's Power in the Word!

Pep talks are great, but they have no power to transform...unlike the Word of God, which "is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12).

Wow! I think there should be an exclamation mark at the end of that verse! There's power in the Word!

Take a look at Isaiah 55:10-11: For as the rain comes down, and the snow from Heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

That is an incredible promise from the Lord! God is not a man so that He should lie, so if He says he sent His word that you may be healed, then expect to be healed. If He sent His word that you may have life more abundantly, then expect it to be just as He has said. There's power in His word to accomplish exactly what He intends for it.

His word is so powerful and full of life that even when there was nothing—NOTHING—God spoke and all of creation was formed into existence!

The Word of God is the Sword of the Spirit

And just when you thought it couldn't get any better than that, it does! The very Spirit of God that spoke everything into existence, is living inside of us and He has equipped us with everything we need to overcome any circumstance opposing His will for us.

Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

I want you to take notice of something in this—all of the armor being placed on you: the helmet, belt, shield, breastplate, shoes—when all properly secured on us, is to protect us from what the enemy fires at us. It's very important that it's all in its place, so that we won't be harmed. But this one weapon...the sword of the Spirit, being the word of God, is the weapon that makes us dangerous to the enemy and his plans. The enemy doesn't tremble when he sees our armor in place. The armor is protection and it is vital for us to have it secured...but when the enemy sees us wielding the sword—the word of God—that's when he trembles, because, when in battle, it's not the armor that causes injury and death, it's the sword.

So, how do we wield the sword? Jesus tells us in Mark 11:23, "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says."

We must speak aloud, declaring the word into our circumstances, simply believing God at His word. There's power in His logos Word, which is the written Word—the Scriptures, and His rhema word, which is the word spoken to us by the Holy Spirit, as in a prophetic promise (which will always be in agreement with His logos Word).

Remember, because the same Spirit of God that spoke everything into existence lives within us, we have tremendous power in our words. So much so, that life and death, and blessing and cursing, are held within the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:20-21).

The Power in Agreement

Not only has He given us power in speaking His word, but also in our place of unity, He's given us the power in agreement.

Matthew 18:19-20 Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in Heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

Most of us have probably heard stories about families who have many boys, be it brothers or cousins, who have a reputation for sticking up for one another to no end. They so solidly unite together that if you mess with one of them, to your despair, you've actually taken on all of them. The Lord told me that's how it should be with the Body of Christ in regards to the enemy's attacks. We should be so tightly knit together, that when the enemy sends an attack against one, he has all of us to contend with.

Although the building of the tower of Babel was an unrighteous agreement, because the people were as one, God said that nothing they proposed to do would be withheld from them (see Genesis 11:1-6). Being an unrighteous agreement as it was, it was void of God's blessing and power, therefore He sent His hand against it and brought it to an end, bringing along with it their division.

Let's suppose we, being the Body of Christ, purposed to come together in righteous agreement, declaring God's word. Being in agreement with what God says would have His blessing and power working with us. In that case, what might we be able to accomplish, together as one, declaring His powerful word into our circumstances? When we begin to come together in such a way, that's when we will see our households, our schools, our workplaces, communities, government, and even nations transformed.

I can personally testify of this power of agreement with others in the Body of Christ and the word of God. In my own life it has powerfully brought many breakthroughs, at times literally overnight.

John 17:21-23 ...that they all may be one, as You, Father are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that you have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.

Luke Holter: "Breaking the Choke Hold"

The last several months I have found myself studying creation and the creative power of God as it relates to all of creation. I feel as if the Lord has given me specific insight into an area that is completely rocking how I interact with God and people.

I have been studying the story of Samson and learned that the same Hebrew word for "Samson's strength" is the same word for Holy Spirit. The Hebrew word used for Samson's strength is "Ruach," which literally means "wind" or "spirit" of God. In Judges 14:19 we read that "the Spirit" (or the Ruach) of the LORD took control of Samson and he went to Ashkelon and killed 30 of their men.

I have been speaking with many saints who have been fighting against the spirit of depression as of late. People have literally felt as if this depression has choked the color and beauty out of their lives and churches. I myself have had to war against this thing's slow, tightening grip. It wasn't until lately that the Lord helped me overcome, and I know that He wants to help you do the same!

When I was meditating in prayer, just dialoging with Holy Spirit, He spoke to me and said, "You have the ability to call upon Me for the strength to overcome! You need Me to help you stand against sin, to pursue holiness, to worship God, or to even love God. I AM the Spirit of adoption! I have the ability through the act of salvation to activate your sonship in God! I activate the promises of God in your life!"

I know it may sound simple, but this reality totally penetrated my heart! I realized that Holy Spirit activates the promises of GOD! This means that every promise that God gives us in the Word is accessible to us and for us through Holy Spirit. The Word penetrates the soil of our body, mind and soul, and Holy Spirit makes it rain on that seed, causing it to COME FORTH!

The Lord says, "There is so much life already in you just waiting to be called forth into breakthrough!" We have treasures hidden in earthen vessels and Holy Spirit can expose those treasures just when you need them! Just like Samson needed strength to overcome, so we need strength to overcome! We need the "Ruach" to be our portion! I felt Holy Spirit say, "You can call on Me to help you."

The Trip

I was brought to the Scripture in Isaiah 6 where the angels are crying out, "HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord God almighty, the whole earth is filled with His glory." I went on a journey with Holy Spirit where I was shown the earth filled with the Glory of God. Every fiber and molecule was filled with the Glory of God. I realized that everyone had the Glory of God hiding in their bodies, minds, and souls. This could be breathed on by Holy Spirit and the Glory of God could literally be called forth in someone, leading unto salvation.

I saw sinners all at once receive revelation, and the Glory of God came forth in them, leading to salvation! Then Holy Spirit took me to a hospital and I was in the doctor's office and people were being diagnosed with all kinds of sickness and terminal illness. I started walking around, and I started calling forth the Glory of God in each one, and they became healed and whole.

Then Holy Spirit took me in a vision to the scene from the book of Acts 5 where "many signs and wonders were regularly done among the people by the hands of the apostles. And they were all together in Solomon's Portico. None of the rest dared join them, but the people held them in high esteem. And more than ever Believers were added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and women, so that they even carried out the sick into the streets and laid them on cots and mats, that as Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on some of them. The people also gathered from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all healed" (verses 12-16).

There was great faith for even Peter's shadow to heal the broken and sick. This was because there was literally a physical bond between the body of Peter and the Glory of God. The whole earth is filled with His Glory! When we build intimacy in our relationship with Jesus we walk in a real level of Glory and Power!

Do we dare to believe? is the real question that Holy Spirit is asking. Do you dare to believe that you are the NOW generation that will walk out the beauty, power, and love of Jesus on this earth? All of creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed. Will we allow the truth to penetrate our hearts? Will we be revealed? Will we allow Holy Spirit to be our portion and bring us from strength to strength?
